My Path

Hi! My name is Renata Leung.

It's a honour to meet you here and share a little bit of my path.

My journey weaves together body, language, and listening: ā€‹I hold a Master's degree in Linguistics and Semiotics from the University of São Paulo (USP), and for many years I was immersed in the world of words, symbolic language, and communication. But it was through the body that I found the most meaningful path to transformation.

My Yoga journey began as a practitioner, in a time of searching for balance, reconnection and inner stability. Gradually, Yoga became a daily practice - a path of presence, awareness, and integration. In 2018, I began sharing this practice as a teacher, and since then I've been deepening my studies in anatomy and biomechanics, Eastern philosophies, spirituality, and somatic approaches.

Rolfing® Structural Integration came later, as a natural response to my desire to support deeper physical and emotional processes through the body. I trained as a Certified Rolfer® at the European Rolfing Association, and today I integrate both approaches - Yoga and Rolfing® - in a sensitive and personalized way.

In 2022, I founded Studio Yogares in Enschede (NL): a cozy, quiet and intimate space, carefully created for those who wish to reconnect with their own rhythm and explore the body as a path of presence and vitality.

My Mission

I believe that caring for the body can open the door to both subtle and profound changes.

My mission is to offer a safe and heartfelt space where each person can listen to themselves, move with more awareness, and feel more at home in their body — with lightness and freedom.

Values that guide my work:

Presence: being with each person, without rushing, without formulas.

Respect for individuality: each body is unique, and each process deserves true attention.

Active listening: with the body, with the eyes, and with the heart.

Integration of knowledge: bridging tradition and science, East and West, intuition and technique.

Gentleness as practice: the softest path is often the deepest one.
